Mark’s Bark operates on a small-batch, pre-order model. All products are made after the pre-order window closes to ensure freshness and quality.
Pre-Orders & Fulfillment Timing:
All orders are pre-orders. Pre-orders close on January 31. Production begins after the pre-order period ends. Fulfillment occurs on scheduled dates that are communicated clearly at checkout and in order confirmations.
Local Delivery:
Local delivery is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout based on distance. Deliveries are completed by Mark’s Bark on a designated delivery day. Delivery routes are planned in advance to ensure efficient and timely drop-off.
Delivery orders are fulfilled on the scheduled delivery day. Pickup windows begin after deliveries are completed.
Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available at no additional cost. Pickup takes place on a scheduled pickup day following the delivery day. Pickup details, including location and pickup window, will be provided once orders are finalized.
Pickup orders must be collected during the scheduled pickup window due to the perishable nature of the product.
Pickup No-Shows:
If a pickup order is not collected during the scheduled pickup window and no prior communication is made, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
If a customer contacts us before or during the pickup window, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative solution. This may include converting the order to delivery (if within the delivery area and subject to the delivery fee) or offering a limited alternate pickup time. These accommodations are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Returns, Refunds & Order Issues:
Because Mark’s Bark products are food items made in small batches and produced to order, all sales are final.

Returns are not accepted.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

An order is not fulfilled.

An order arrives damaged or unusable due to handling or delivery issues.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Mark’s Bark reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement when applicable.
